Fintech Co-working
Fintech Office is a co-working interior of 980 square meters designed for a financial technology brand in Beijing. A spiral staircase was generated with parametric design software, so the pattern of its surface reflects the aesthetics of the digital era. A cast concrete installation forms a waterfall and a pool with copper ducklings, bringing a water feature indoors in a city with long cold winters. Simple materials create a relaxed working atmosphere. Varied functions and activities extend the office space into surrounding urban life.
Fintech Co-working Office Space by Zhenhua Luo has been recognized as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Fintech Co-working Office Space received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which honors superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
