Yingtao Road
Yingtao Road Terrace House is a residential interior design for a three-story family home in Taiwan. The project covers 413 square meters, with 72 square meters on each floor. Every floor answers the needs of a different family member. White marble forms the base of the parents living area, architectural concrete suits the second son, and a calm gray tone provides the minimal setting requested by the third son. An elevator, safety lights, wide corridors and barrier-free spaces without height differences make the house suitable for all ages.
Yingtao Road Residence by Ching Ling Ma has been featured as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Yingtao Road Residence earned the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
