Forging the Innovation Pathway

Forging the Innovation Pathway is an office interior design created for a regional headquarters in Singapore. The workplace covers 241,500 square feet across six floors. The layout is based on the idea of a thriving ecosystem within a campus setting. A large internal staircase connects the floors and links different zones into one identity. Work areas, meeting rooms and a co-working space support varied ways of working. Angular and progressive lines mark key areas. The design encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing and employee well-being.

Forging the Innovation Pathway Office Design by DB&B Pte Ltd was highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Forging the Innovation Pathway Office Design earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade which celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
