Zmake
Zmake is an office interior design covering 1100 square meters. The layout is organized around a 21 meter T shaped corridor, which serves as an information gallery and an interactive space that every person passes before entering the work area. Bamboo weaving is used as the main decorative element, appearing as twisting forms at the entrance and the bar, as large arrays above the corridor, and as enclosing screens in the reception and incubation center. Bamboo, terrazzo, paint and stainless steel are the main materials. The design focuses on the relationship between people and space.
Zmake Office by Xiaobo Ye has been selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Zmake Office received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2020. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade which recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
