CR Land Shijiazhuang MiXC
CR Land Shijiazhuang MiXC is a mixed-use development in Shijiazhuang, China. The complex combines a retail podium with office and apartment towers. A large setback at the northwest corner of the site creates an urban plaza at street level and a sunken plaza linked to the subway. The transfer hall of Metro Lines 1 and 3 connects to the two basement levels of the shopping mall through the sunken plaza and a pedestrian walkway. Mall entrances are placed at three street corners. The entrance facade uses double glazed curtain walls with a special lighting design.
CR Land Shijiazhuang MiXC Mixed Use by Aico Ltd has been selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. CR Land Shijiazhuang MiXC Mixed Use earned the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design prize that honors exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
