The Loft
The Loft is a residential apartment interior located in Singapore. The apartment measures 52 square meters and has a ceiling height of 4 meters. The wall between the two bedrooms was removed so the space feels wider and more open. Space planning follows a vertical approach, and the sleeping area is placed on a loft above. The loft is cantilevered with a hollow section, so no columns appear at the wardrobe. A glass panel divides the living and sleeping areas and limits sound from the television.
The Loft Residential Apartment by Elpis Interior Design Pte Ltd was identified as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. The Loft Residential Apartment received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program that celebrates outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
