CIFI Plaza Beijing
CIFI Plaza Beijing is a community shopping center in the core business area of Fangshan District, Beijing. The building is an infill project on a narrow site, measuring 120 by 36.5 by 41.6 meters, with a total construction area of 47788 square meters. The design breaks away from the typical floor by floor layout and adds cross-level public spaces. Outdoor escalators on the east and west sides reach the third and second floors, forming multiple entrance levels. Open House, a space of nearly 1000 square meters and 15 meters high, is placed on the top floor.
CIFI Plaza Beijing Multifunctional by Aico Ltd was identified as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. CIFI Plaza Beijing Multifunctional was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award which recognizes exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
