Deconstruction Art
Deconstruction Art is a residential interior design completed in Taipei city, Taiwan. The ground floor places the living room, dining room and kitchen in an open plan, which creates smooth circulation and supports closer family contact. A large L shaped window links the dining room on the upper level with the living room below and draws sunlight and green views into the inner corner. Hidden wall doors give the cabinets an invisible look and reduce their visual weight. Simple materials and low key colors create a calm and elegant atmosphere.
Deconstruction Art Residential Space by Steph Lee has been featured as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Deconstruction Art Residential Space received the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
