Glamorous Uniformity
Glamorous Uniformity is a residential interior design for an apartment of about 81 square meters. The entrance is lined with a dark metal wall of cabinets that reaches the ceiling and runs along the aisle. A white marble niche is set into the metal wall and leads to the white marble kitchen island. Walls in the public areas are beige and match the light floor tiles. Fabric textured wallpaper and cabinets follow the tone of the curtains. The original layout was rearranged to form an open kitchen and dining hall and a larger master bedroom with a dressing room.
Glamorous Uniformity Residence by Jung Chi Hsu has been identified as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Glamorous Uniformity Residence won the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
