Minus
Minus is a portable tap water filter designed to be reusable and zero waste. Minus uses pressure from the tap to push water through a filter of activated coconut charcoal, removing chemicals, bacteria and odour. The body is made of stainless steel with a rubber coating for a better grip when wet. A natural indigo colourant inside the filter washes out gradually with use, showing clearly when a replacement is needed. The used filter can be posted back, then cleaned, recharged and reused, which avoids the waste left by disposable filters.
Minus Water Filter by Anastasia Klimova was recognized as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Minus Water Filter was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Sustainable Products, Projects and Green Design in 2021.
