Guanlan Yipin
Guanlan Yipin is a sales center located in Suzhou, China. The design combines an oriental character with a minimalist approach, following the idea of a garden tour that guides visitors through the space. Marble, metal, sandstone and wood set the tone of the interior. Dai Cyan, a traditional Chinese color, appears as marble on a wall six meters wide and ten meters high. Facing the marble wall, eight panels of laminated super-white tempered glass, each 0.8 meters wide and ten meters high, stand beside the landscape stair. Large windows bring natural light and greenery into the interior.
Guanlan Yipin Sales Center by Hongfei Yan has been highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Guanlan Yipin Sales Center received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2021. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
