Amarico
Amarico is a label and packaging design created for an Italian aperitif. The design uses botanical motifs to reflect the fragrant, complex and natural ingredients of the beverage. The illustrations were drawn with digital crayons, and individual herbs were arranged into a mirrored composition inspired by decorative art. Contemporary hand made fonts accompany the imagery. A single label wraps the bottle and joins the logo and highlighted text with gilded outlines of herbs. The bottle measures 70 by 70 by 240 millimetres.
Amarico Logo and Packaging by Little Greta has been recognized as an exceptional illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Amarico Logo and Packaging earned the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design accolade that celebrates outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
