Hacienda
Hacienda is a summer house built in North Coast, Egypt. The house is surrounded by water on all sides to create an island-like setting. The interiors recall life on a lavish boat, and each room is given a distinct character. Neutral and white tones form the base of the contemporary interiors, accented by bold and bright colors such as red in selected furniture pieces. Wood, copper and marble are the main materials, and copper details highlight the inner design. A terrace, a passageway and a landscape in shades of blue support a calm atmosphere around the pool area.
Hacienda Summer House by Hany Saad has been featured as an innovative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Hacienda Summer House earned the Silver A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade which recognizes superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
