Solemici
Solemici is a packaging design for Italian meat delicacies such as salami and prosciutto. The design compares the taste of the product with masterpieces of Renaissance art. The main package is a plastic tray printed with a marble texture. The paper header is produced with offset printing and gold foil stamping, which supports the premium character of the product. The tray measures 225 mm in height and 123 mm in width. Bright colors and contrasting details help the product stand out on the store shelf. The design also reflects respect for traditional production methods.
Solemici Packaging Concept by Dmitry Kultygin has been identified as a creative example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Solemici Packaging Concept earned the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award that honors superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
