Laguna 182
Laguna 182 is a residential building in Itajai, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The tower has twenty-nine floors and forty-one apartments arranged in fourteen different floor plans, with two apartments per floor. Curved and sinuous lines shape the facade. Cantilevered concrete terraces change position on each floor, so every apartment has a private garden. Natural vegetation grows across the building. Materials include concrete, glass, ceramic, galvanized steel, aluminum composite material and certified wood. The design aims to reduce environmental impact and support a sense of community.
