Land of Euphoria
Reversing the function-oriented design of sales office and the old impression of the site, the designer set up a suspended roof with simple design and color matching coupling with Chinese garden landscaping method, further created a fantasy of settling. The hall bringing in greenery with bright windows as well extracting local culture, giving an experience of nature and transcending substance. The overall design retained traditional oriental aesthetics and also brought fresh thinking in line with the times.
Land of Euphoria Real Estate Sales Center by Wei Ting Lin was selected as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Land of Euphoria Real Estate Sales Center received the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition that rewards excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
