LagunaVerde
LagunaVerde is a residential interior design for an apartment of 1091 square feet with two halls and two rooms. The two halls are separated by different floor materials. The kitchen is semi-open and divided by a glass door, which brings more daylight indoors and links the kitchen with the living room. The corridor is placed next to the window and forms a porch that extends when the glass door is opened. Materials include iron, mud brick, wood, laminate and vinyl tile. Walls and cabinets combine snow dolomite texture, floral lines and gold details.
LagunaVerde Residential House by Jan Ham was highlighted as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. LagunaVerde Residential House received the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which recognizes superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
