Logan TianLangWan
Logan TianLangWan is a real estate sales center located in Zhongshan city, covering 650 square meters. The interior is designed to feel like a private holiday residence rather than a conventional show flat. Sunlight reaches the whole space, and each window frames views of the sky and the water. Complicated decoration and uniform color schemes were avoided in favor of a simple approach. Colors are selected to serve the space, and the furniture follows one feeling rather than one system. Elegant materials and a small number of collected artworks create a calm and private atmosphere.
Logan TianLangWan Real Estate Sales Center by YHDQ Design has been identified as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Logan TianLangWan Real Estate Sales Center was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that honors outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
