Cultural Eleganza
Cultural Eleganza is a residential interior design located in Taipei, Taiwan, covering 291 square meters. The home combines Japanese and Nordic styles through natural elements and a reduced number of accessories. A gray and white palette in the public area is balanced by wooden and earthy tones. A large wooden bookcase in the study holds books and art and echoes the television wall. Large windows and several balconies bring in daylight and fresh air. Open space in the living room is reserved for the artworks of the residents. The design aims at comfort and energy saving.
Cultural Eleganza Residence by Kai-Bo Chen has been recognized as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition.
