Gemdale the Voyager
Gemdale the Voyager is a sales office in Kunming, China, with an area of 980 square meters. The interior design extends the minimalist architectural style and uses curved surfaces and concise lines as the main elements. A glass curtain wall connects the indoor and outdoor areas, so visitors can view the surrounding landscape from any perspective. Lake blue and earth tones are combined with beige and dark coffee colors. Cotton and linen fabrics add a natural character. Sail motifs in the hall refer to the local culture.
Gemdale the Voyager Sales Office by Smart House Library was highlighted as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Gemdale the Voyager Sales Office won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
