The ground floor holds the garage, the living and dining rooms, a gourmet space, a swimming pool, the kitchen, a guest bedroom and a service area. Two suites and a master bedroom are placed on the upper floor. The west, east and south facades carry a composition of lines made of black composite aluminum.
