Gray Color Gradient
Gray Color Gradient is a residential interior design for a single-story house with a terrace, covering 158.5 square meters. The home mainly serves a retired couple. The entryway is joined to the public area without a partition, so the view reaches the windows and the daylight enlarges the sense of space. The walls are finished in a gray gradient of iron-gray over light-gray, and three hidden doors lead to the guest bathroom and the bedrooms. The television wall is made of rough slate tiles set in a deliberate offset pattern.
Gray Color Gradient Interior Design by Wang Chun-Yen has been highlighted as an exceptional illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Gray Color Gradient Interior Design won the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award that celebrates exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
