New Vision
New Vision is the interior design of a training school in Jinan, completed in 2020. The project covers about 3,600 square meters and is organized around a long corridor. The corridor guides visitors through the building and reveals each area in sequence, so the space is discovered step by step. Color modules are placed at points along the route to mark different functions. A gray mirror ceiling expands the visual field. Color paint, floor paint, glass brick, mirror and sculpture are used, together with warm wood tones and artworks.
New Vision School by Baodong Wang has been selected as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. New Vision School earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
