Shining Glass
The table lamp is designed to use a faceted drinking glass as a lampshade without any modification. The lampshade holder has the unique semicircular arm structure connected to a jig that securely holds the bottom of the glass between the inside and the outside. Its holder and base are seamlessly made of faceted glass. And the outline of it is clearly projected from the bottom by a pedestal with a light ring. The favorite faceted drinking glass can be used as a part of the lamp which is realized with a harmonious structure of oneness to create lighting effect to enrich daily life.
Shining Glass Table Lamp by Keiji Ishikawa was identified as a grand illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Shining Glass Table Lamp earned the Iron A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2022. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that celebrates excellent design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
