Huafa Jinjiang Manor

Huafa Jinjiang Manor is a residential development in Sansheng Town, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, China. The design creates a hidden elevated courtyard within an urban district. Residential spaces are arranged in multiple layers along the central axis of the site, following a natural landform that is high in the north and low in the south. A layered, barracks-style arrangement brings natural light into each unit and keeps a close relationship with the landscape. The site covers 37,303 square meters, with a floor area of 55,955 square meters and 626 residential units.

Huafa Jinjiang Manor Residential Development by Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. has been selected as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Huafa Jinjiang Manor Residential Development won the Silver A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design in 2022. The A' Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Award is a highly prestigious international design award which honors outstanding design of residential complexes, commercial buildings, industrial properties, Mixed-Use developments, hospitality establishments, educational facilities, healthcare centers, infrastructure projects and more.
