Floating Minimalist Poetic

Floating Minimalist Poetic is a sales and marketing center located in Nanchang, China. The design takes its cue from the natural lake on the site. Minimalist deconstruction is used to create a quiet, natural and technological atmosphere that softens the usual commercial character of a sales space. The building rises freely on the lakeshore like a sail, forming a lake art museum that is contemporary and poetic. The space is planned to serve later as a club for residents, offering a sustainable place for communication between neighbouring communities.

Floating Minimalist Poetic Marketing Center by Xingbin Yang was selected as a grand illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Floating Minimalist Poetic Marketing Center was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2022. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize which recognizes excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
