SBOF Mortgage
SBOF Mortgage is a web interface for the electronic registration of mortgages and the removal of real estate encumbrances. The system lets bank employees and customers submit applications for state registration remotely and track their status. Each employee receives an electronic signature and a personal account, and tasks are assigned automatically by status and priority. Application data is taken from the bank lending systems, so forms are filled in automatically and repeat applications take only a few minutes. The layout adapts to desktop, tablet and smartphone screens.
SBOF Mortgage Electronic Registration by Liubov Maximenkova was identified as an innovative example of communication design by the A' Design Award. SBOF Mortgage Electronic Registration received the Iron A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design in 2022. The A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize that honors exceptional design of websites, mobile applications, software interfaces, game interfaces, wearable interfaces, virtual reality interfaces, augmented reality interfaces, dashboard designs and more.
