The chair itself answers a question that the designer has been frequently asked in the last 35 years: Which wood is this? It's a comfortable chair that same people just sit down and some people read the names and start a conversation about wood.
Cadeira Chair by Álvaro Wolmer was recognized as a grand representation of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Cadeira Chair won the Bronze A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2022. The A' Furniture Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design accolade which rewards exceptional design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
