Noiseless Flower Vase

Noiseless

Noiseless is a hand-thrown porcelain flower vase designed for long or large plants. The form is shaped with a minimum of lines to balance light and shade. The surface is bare porcelain with a soft, smooth texture, and a transparent glaze is applied only inside. Sizes range from 60 by 60 by 110 millimetres to 100 by 100 by 240 millimetres. Each piece is heavy, so long-stemmed flowers remain stable. Placed together, the vases stand like columns and create a quiet monochrome group that can be arranged freely.

Noiseless Flower Vase by Yasuhiro Kuze has been selected as an outstanding representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Noiseless Flower Vase was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Fine Arts and Art Installation Design in 2022. The A' Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition which rewards exceptional design of sculptures, paintings, installations, photographs, drawings, mixed media works, ceramics, art objects, craftworks and more.
