Temptress Moon
Temptress Moon is an animated music video made for a song about how people react during difficult times. The video shows a world in chaos, where people of different shapes connect, dance and gain strength together. Raw and bold textures express the harsh period, while strong and bright colours carry positive energy. The animation was produced with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. Three-dimensional layers and a plugin were used to create a sense of space. The video runs at 25 frames per second in a 1920 by 1080 format. The aim is to uplift viewers and support balance in life.
Temptress Moon Music Video by Fong Lok Kee Rocky has been highlighted as an outstanding example of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Temptress Moon Music Video won the Iron A' Design Award in Movie, Video and Animation Design in 2022. The A' Movie, Video and Animation Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which honors outstanding design of feature films, short films, documentaries, animations, music videos, experimental films, commercials, trailers and more.
