Valenlime
Valenlime is a packaging design for nuts and dried fruits that contain no sugar or additives. The package measures 110 mm in width, 27.2 mm in depth and 115 mm in height. The size was chosen to be easy to carry and to make full use of shipping container capacity, which lowers the carbon footprint of transport. Bright ecoline colours and printed illustrations of fruits replace photographs. A transparent window shows the real dried fruit inside, and a hemp thread along the border links the illustration to the contents.
Valenlime Packaging by Iman Alemozaffar was highlighted as an outstanding illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Valenlime Packaging was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2022. The A' Packaging Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design prize which honors exceptional design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
