Vitra Tower
The Vitra Tower is a medical office building with offices and clinical rooms with eleven floors, located on a corner lot in the city of Santo Angelo, in the interior of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. With a total of 22 private offices, the building sought an architecture that conveyed seriousness, bringing legitimacy to the services offered inside, but that was also pleasant and comfortable for users.
Vitra Tower Medical Office Building by Torres Arquitetos was identified as an innovative example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Vitra Tower Medical Office Building earned the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2023. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which recognizes outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
