City Villa
City Villa is a sales center interior located in Lishui, with an area of 568 square meters. The design responds to the local natural landscape and the cultural heritage of the area. Dark and gray stone, intersecting lines and metal blocks create a modern oriental mood. Rock slabs with a strong texture cover much of the floor and recall the local impression of mountain and stone. Chinese black marble with different surface treatments highlights the texture of the walls. Wood veneer, handmade corrugated metal bars and translucent stone complete the space.
City Villa Sales Center by Yutong Lin was highlighted as an innovative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. City Villa Sales Center was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which recognizes outstanding design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
