Aifanfan IM
Aifanfan IM is a smart customer service application for online after sales support. The application provides input assistance, process optimization, and an AI assistant to simplify two-way communication between service agents and consumers. Multi modal input, including camera and voice, recognizes foreign languages and dialects to lower the input threshold. The AI assistant analyzes emotional factors in dialogue text in real time and recommends quick response content. Speech recognition, image recognition, and natural language processing are used.
Aifanfan IM App by Baidu Online Network Technology. Beijing was selected as an outstanding example of service design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Aifanfan IM App was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Information Technologies Design in 2023. The A' Information Technologies Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that honors outstanding design of software applications, hardware devices, network systems, data storage solutions, cybersecurity tools, cloud services, artificial intelligence models, virtual reality interfaces and more.
