Jinke City Light
Jinke City Light is a sales office located in the center of Qionglai New Town, Sichuan Province, China. The 342 square meter interior combines landscape, a cafe, community areas and daily life functions within one co-life experience hall. Ornament installations are made of knotted bamboo, and warm beige and wood tones are merged with green tints. The design links life aesthetics, social communication and leisure, so residents can rest in a calm setting. The space continues to serve the community after the sales function ends.
Jinke City Light Sales Office by James Liu has been featured as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Jinke City Light Sales Office won the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design prize that recognizes exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
