The Skylight is Like Sunshine

The old building should undergo extensive renovations, beginning with foundation works, pipeline renewal, updating exterior doors and windows, and renovating staircases. Furthermore, the installation of additional elevators will optimize mobility for the elderly, as well as ensuring the quality and longevity of the residence is greatly improved. In addition, a clever solution to the problem of insufficient lighting within the building can be addressed by introducing natural light through an atrium.

The Skylight is Like Sunshine Interior Design by Huang Chun-Chi has been selected as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. The Skylight is Like Sunshine Interior Design won the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which celebrates excellent design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
