Haifu Jhih Jhu

Haifu Jhih Jhu is the public space interior design of a multi-dwelling residential building in Tainan, Taiwan. A green atrium runs from the first floor down to the third basement level, so daylight and plants reach every corner. The first floor lobby contains a dining area, a bar, a banquet hall and a social and reading area. The second floor adds a lounge, a children's play area and a green terrace. Traditional brickwork and bamboo weaving are made by local craftsmen and combined with stone, wood and fabric. The total floor area is 1710 square meters.

Haifu Jhih Jhu Public Space Interior Design by Haifu Construction Co., Ltd. was identified as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Haifu Jhih Jhu Public Space Interior Design earned the Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program which rewards exceptional design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
