Yi Xin Distillation

Yi Xin Distillation is a packaging design for a Chinese spirits brand. The bottle is made of glass, which raises the gloss and texture of the surface and sets the product apart from similar spirits sold in ceramic containers. A dragon, drawn in an ancient Chinese manner, clings to the bottleneck and serves as the main identifier, so no printed label is required. The outer box is simple and follows the symmetry of traditional Chinese design. The bottle measures 180 by 130 by 285 millimeters. The aim is to present a long heritage in a contemporary form.

Yi Xin Distillation Chinese Highend Spirits by TIGER PAN has been identified as an exceptional representation of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Yi Xin Distillation Chinese Highend Spirits was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2023. The A' Packaging Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design award that rewards excellent design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
