Story Index
Story Index is an art installation formed by a giant matrix of one hundred television screens. A truss structure over 150 meters long supports a display space 20 meters wide, 10 meters high and 20 meters long. Video and network integration equipment sends a different image to each screen. Visitors upload short social media stories and tag the organizers, and approved content can then appear on the matrix. Content from more than 5,000 accounts is shown. The installation makes the boundary between daily life and online life visible.
Story Index Art Installation by Fundesign.tv was recognized as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Story Index Art Installation was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Installation Design in 2023. The A' Interactive, Experiential and Immersive Design Installations Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design competition which honors excellent design of sculptural installations, light installations, sound installations, digital installations, kinetic installations, Site-Specific installations, interactive installations, performance installations and more.
