Ligne Roset
Ligne Roset is a furniture showroom interior located in a shopping mall in Chongqing, China. The layout places the customer route at the centre of the design. Products are arranged in groups that simulate complete rooms, so visitors can picture the furniture in their own homes. A guided path leads from the entrance to every corner of the store, making all products visible. A second gate entrance faces busy neighbouring shops to draw more visitors. Wabi-sabi, modern, light luxury and French tones are combined, unified by a shared colour range and curved forms.
Ligne Roset Exhibition Hall by Ruixue Liang has been identified as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Ligne Roset Exhibition Hall was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2023. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design award which celebrates superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
