Dudo Synthetic Music Enlightenment Toys

Dudo

Dudo is a modular synthesizer toy designed for children aged four to twelve. Dudo joins sound and light effects so that basic music theory can be learned through play. Five simple modules cover sequencing, wave change, filtering, rhythm and amplification, and nine connection methods allow expanded functions and multiplayer use. The difficulty level can be raised as children grow older. Capacitive sensing triggers drum sounds when the drum module is tapped. Non-toxic plastic is used, and the size follows the ergonomics of children.

Dudo Synthetic Music Enlightenment Toys by HSIN CHEN LIN has been selected as an innovative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Dudo Synthetic Music Enlightenment Toys won the Silver A' Design Award in Toys, Games and Hobby Products Design in 2023. The A' Toys, Games and Hobby Products Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which recognizes exceptional design of dolls, action figures, board games, puzzles, plush toys, educational toys, building blocks, model kits and more.
