Autumn Leaf Series
Autumn Leaf Series is a writing desk and chair set designed for leisure use. The curling shape of autumn leaves is used as the main design element, applied to the legs and the edges of the desk and the chair. The overall form is smooth and continuous, which gives visual and tactile comfort and recalls the nature of autumn. The main material is 304 stainless steel, selected for its corrosion resistance, and an imitation copper treatment gives a golden color. Production includes blanking, bending, welding and polishing. The desk measures 550 by 650 by 800 millimeters.
Autumn Leaf Series Writing Desk by Wei Jingye / 魏靖野 has been identified as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Autumn Leaf Series Writing Desk was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2023. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design accolade that rewards excellent design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
