Park Avenue
Park Avenue specializes in relaxation and landscaping by providing open space and landscaping space, and connects adjacent linear parks. Through this, it was defined as an urban living room concept that is connected to the surrounding residential complex. As a living room in the city, it was planned to be a unique space of everyday life that provides inspiration to users by adding an extraordinary experience to the connection with the park and the relationship between pedestrians and vehicle users. Park Avenue Complex Commercial Space by Minwoo Ahn was featured as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Park Avenue Complex Commercial Space won the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design prize which honors outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
