Furmint Vodka
Furmint Vodka is a packaging design for a vodka made from grapes. Seven Hills Distillery produces only 800 to 1000 bottles a year, so the vodka is an artisan product. The packaging reflects the purity of the spirit and its grape base. Simple typography on the offset printed front label gives a clean appearance. A screen printed illustration on the glass evokes a grape leaf in a contemporary way. When the bottle is full, the liquid acts as a lens and adds depth to the fine details. The bottle measures 340 mm in height and 80 mm in width.
Furmint Vodka Beverage Packaging by Graphasel Design Studio has been selected as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Furmint Vodka Beverage Packaging won the Silver A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2024. The A' Packaging Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program which honors superior design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
