Mamma Home
Mamma Home is a sofa chair designed for relaxed sitting and reclining at home. The simple U shaped form is built from solid wood veneered bending plates with a carpentry painted finish, and it suits many interior styles. A down seat pack compresses under the sitter, lowering the seat height from about 500 millimetres to about 430 millimetres. A back belt mechanism gives soft and stable support, and the seat depth measures 650 millimetres. Blankets in multicoloured woven jacquard cloth can be folded inward or removed.
Mamma Home Leisure Chair by Oppein Home Group Inc. has been highlighted as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Mamma Home Leisure Chair was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2024. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade that celebrates superior design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
