Wheat Field Moonlight Sonata

Wheat Field Moonlight Sonata is a mooncake gift box that brings together the themes of the moon, music and the wheat field. The outer box is made from wheat straw material, formed by pulp molding wet pressing and finished with laser engraving. The surface carries an embossed texture that recalls the shadows seen on the moon. Inside, a concealed sound device is inspired by a vinyl record player. An acrylic magnetic needle placed near the center of the record starts the music box mode. The box measures 36 by 29 by 15 centimeters.

Wheat Field Moonlight Sonata Mooncake Packaging by EASTHOOOLY has been selected as an innovative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Wheat Field Moonlight Sonata Mooncake Packaging received the Golden A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2024. The A' Packaging Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition that honors outstanding design of bottles, boxes, cans, pouches, tubes, cartons, wrappers, bags and more.
