Endless Life
Endless Life is a residential interior design for a three-story house in Taiwan. The total area is 297.5 square meters, with four rooms, a living room and a dining room. The first floor is a social area, and the upper floors are private. An open plan links the living and dining areas around a central staircase made of terrazzo and marble. Openwork detailing in iron and marble keeps the long and narrow layout light. Grey tones, wood grain architectural concrete and floor-to-ceiling windows connect the interior with the seasons outside.
Endless Life Residence by Li-Hsuan Chen was highlighted as a grand example of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Endless Life Residence won the Iron A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design in 2024. The A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which rewards superior design of residential interiors, restaurants, hotels, offices, galleries, retail stores, showrooms, exhibition spaces and more.
