L10
L10 is a sliding window designed for residential buildings. The full view design combines dimmable glass, a nano coating and a self cleaning coating. The transparency of the glass is changed by electronic control, while the coatings support heat insulation, ultraviolet protection and a clean surface. A smart home control system allows the window to be opened and closed, the transparency level to be adjusted and automation scenarios to be set through a mobile application or a remote controller. The sashes can also be held at any chosen position.
L10 Sash Window by Zhenshen Hu was featured as a creative example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. L10 Sash Window was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Building Materials and Construction Components Design in 2024. The A' Building Materials and Construction Components Design Award is a highly prestigious international design competition which rewards excellent design of bricks, beams, windows, doors, insulation materials, roofing materials, plumbing fixtures, electrical components and more.
