One Floreasca Vista Residential Development

X Architecture & Engineering Consult Residential Development Architecture

One Floreasca Vista

Situated by Lake Floreasca, One Floreasca Vista revitalizes its urban surroundings, offering coherence amidst chaos. Its bespoke duplex apartments, crafted to fit the land's gradient, unveil private gardens. The architecture, influenced by three pivotal orientations, the street, lake, and underground metro, orchestrates a dynamic ambiance. A semi-private triangular courtyard fosters connectivity, weaving pedestrian pathways to adjacent structures and the vibrant boulevard, creating a seamless blend of open and enclosed spaces.

One Floreasca Vista Residential Development by X Architecture & Engineering Consult has been highlighted as an outstanding illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. One Floreasca Vista Residential Development won the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design competition which celebrates exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
