Gambo
Gambo is a sealed canister designed for the storage of coffee beans. The canister has a dual layer structure and a double sealed design with a buckle and a silicone ring, which limit heat transfer and keep oxygen out. A one way air vent releases the carbon dioxide produced during roasting. A humidity meter shows the storage humidity in real time, so the canister can be moved when needed. A date recording disc on the top and a metal bulletin board allow storage information to be noted. The outer shell is ABS and the inner liner is stainless steel.
Gambo Coffee Sealed Canister by Bomber Coffee was highlighted as an outstanding illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Gambo Coffee Sealed Canister received the Bronze A' Design Award in Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design in 2025. The A' Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design prize which recognizes outstanding design of pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, baking dishes, graters and more.
